John A. for Model Number DLE5955W "Dryer COOLING" light stays on. Dryer will not heat. I've checked and replaced thermal fuse. I also checked the heating element, continuity test said it was ok. I replaced PCB control board. The dryer now makes sounds when changing dryer settings, but cooling light is still on. What else can I do?
