Heath for Model Number wm2233hs Washer does not drain when running a normal cycle but when in test cycle it drains fine. Not a filter issue and doesn't appear to be a pump issue. I would guess a bad controller? Any ideas?
Answer Hello Heath. If there is no power to the drain pump, and the wiring harness is good, you will need to replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
