Shanan for Model Number WT5170HV it's an LG When I got home the washer was on but not working. It was "stuck" on 22 minutes left. When I pressed the power button it just turned off and that was it nothing. The door is still locked. I was able to pop the top off to get the clothes out but it still is locked and not working.....thoughts?
Answer Shanan, the main PCB assembly could be the issue but there are other things to check first. Check to make sure the washer drained the tub completely, check the water supply and fill valve(especially the cold water side) then check the air tube and water pressure switch for clogged or kinked air tube or issue with the switch.
