Tina for Model Number WT1101CW We bought ours about 4 years ago, and the other day it started locking, but throwing a dE code. It would eventually start, then stop, then start, then stop... Finally it just stopped locking at all. We've replaced the switch, but it's still throwing the code and won't lock. We have no idea what to replace to fix this as we can't find anything online beyond just replacing the switch. My husband believes this means it has to be a problem with the main board. Should we replace this, or is there another part?
Answer Hello Tina. Make sure the wiring is good. If so, you will need to replace the board in the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, June 8, 2017
