Jeff for Model Number WT1101CW The only issue this washer has is a lid lock problem. At first, the lid wouldn't lock. Downloaded a service manual for this particular model and it said, for lid lock issues, first replace the lid lock. And if that doesn't fix the problem, replace the main PCB. After replacing the lid lock, it locked but then wouldn't unlocked and still kept giving a DL error. I then replaced the main PCB. Still has a DL error come up. I know it's not the sensor/magnet that detects that the lid is up because a different error shows up for that. The manual has no suggestion after that. I've even checked the continuity of the wire harness for the lid lock and it checks okay. What am I missing? I don't think I got a bad board because it's the exact same issue with both boards as well as lid locks.
Answer Jeff, It is possible that the board was faulty and caused the lid lock to fail and would suggest replacing the lid lock assembly again. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 13, 2017
