Dean for Model Number LDF7774BD I’m continuing to get drain errors and the tub has water in it. I replaced the pump and ensured that there were no obstructions in the drain. I don’t believe the pump is being turned on. If I try and manually turn it on after a few attempts it will work. After that it will complete 1 full cycle then I’m back with drain faults. And suggestions? The dishwasher is 14 months old.
Answer Dean, check and make sure the door is closing and latching, and the door switches are being closed and staying closed during the cycle. Check the wiring connections at the control board and the drain pump.Recheck the drain hose for any "sharp" bends that may kink or collapse once the hot water has passed through the drain line.
