Linton for Model Number LDF7774ST my dishwasher has power but the buttons will not respond. I've turned the power off by the breaker and when I turn it back on the only code is PF (power failure) what could be the problem. Is there anyway I could test. Also I try doing the diagnostic testing using the code and my cell phone but nothing happens. Please advise.
Answer Linton, it would be recommended that the touchpad be checked to identify if the child lock has been activated (indicated by a red padlock LED). If so, it can be de-activated by pressing and holding the rinse and the spray buttons until the red padlock image disappears.
