Michael for Model Number AP5665009 Hi there! I recently purchased a part (AP5665009) through ApplicancePartsPros.com. I installed the new part last evening and it most definitely corrected my problem, which was that the digital clock on my LG range was not working properly (sections of the display did not light up). After replacing the board and saw that everything seemed to be working properly, I was thrilled! The clock, timer and oven all worked and displayed perfectly. I put the range back in place and then went to use the cook top. The burners appear to work fine, but now I have no display for the burners! My first thought is that I missed plugging something in on the new board, or something is not plugged into the correct place, though most of the plugs are rather obvious and seem unique to the size and shape of plug. Still, I'm assuming that it was an installation error. I was hoping that I could get some direction to correct the burner display problem. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regard, Michael
Answer Hello Michael. You need to double check all connections and look for a bad wire. If all is good, you may need the burner board as well. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, July 10, 2014
