John for Model Number LG 3777W Dryer is taking 2-3 cycles to dry a load. Have changed the thermistor. The cooling light is on on the control panel all the time.
Answer Hello John. Check and see if the unit is heating. If not, then check the heating element and make sure the thermostats are good. Also make sure voltage is correct. Last would be look for a bad control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
