Answer Hello Bernie, The E1 error code indicates excessive RPM of Washing Motor happened during Wash cycle due to water leakage. As per the service manual on the unit this can be caused by one or more of the following:Water leakage in Hose connections.Water is leaked by damages.The Motor Water Seal leakage of Sump assembly.The height of Drain Hose connection (sink-Drain Hose) is not over 20 inches.Impeller of the Wash pump is worn away/damaged.The float assembly is not working.The lower tub gasket came loose or fell off.
