Rickrayfield for Model Number wm2487h*m My washer has an error that says looks like a upside down F &E Solution says unplug power & call for service. What does this mean? Cannot keep washer balanced, been like this for 3 yrs.
Answer Rickrayfield, The Upside down fE is an indicator that there is a thermistor error and you will want to test the thermistor resistance and check for broken wires to the thermistor.
