Tommy for Model Number WM2277HW

Hi I seen the video about replacing bearing and seal also had to buy new spider as it was falling apart ,did step by step with video and got the washer all stripped down ordered parts from you guys got then within 2 days great video and great shipping .I put the washer altogether and put a wash in worked great till the spin cycle code UE the last 10 min left of cycle I looked to see what the code was is unbalance checked the tub moved it around and it moves ok please help thank you for the help in advance.

Answer

Tommy, There are 2 springs that go at the top of the tub and attach to the cabinet, you will want to make sure that these springs are in the correct position as they can cause the unit to get off balance. Also check the shocks on the unit to make sure that they are in place properly and not damaged.
