Answer Hello Dan, You may need to adjust the temperature setting in the fresh food compartment to a COLDER setting. This corrects the issue because if the unit sits without running for too long the cold air will settle to the bottom of the unit. Having the unit call for temperature more often causes the fans to kick on and stir the air, mixing it so the bottom of the unit equalizes with the temperature of the top. If it is still too cold you may need to also turn the freezer temperature to a warmer setting. This should be done and allow the unit to run at these new settings for a couple of days before attempting a repair. This is a common complaint and this corrects more than 90% of them. Read More...
