Jonathan, Remove the rear wall of the freezer and check to see what the frost pattern looks like. It sounds like you may have a frost pattern where there is very little frost which would be a sealed system issue and will require service.

Evan, This could be from a condenser fan not running or a clogged or dirty condenser unit. If the condenser is not clean then heat cannot escape cooling the refrigerant back down.

Hello Terry. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the evaporator coils in the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. Once the problem is repaired, you will need to thaw out the ice on the coils before the unit will operate properly. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

I looked up code problem er-dh. I saw these possible causes of cold freezer/ warm fridge. derost heater/sheath, fridge sensor, fridge thermistor, defrost sensor, and the more expensive but possible too: control board. Is this correct so far? Also I noticed in your code list a temperature fuze ? But couldn't find it in diagram or parts list. Is there such a thing and what is price. I'll be getting a repair guy but want to have all possible solutions, so he won't have to order something and make another trip. No one close to my area.

Rocky, Yes the things that you listed would be correct for the ER DH code. In most cases it would be a defrost heater but may be one of the others. As for the fuse it would be part of the controller assembly that has the sensor in it for the defrost. The part number is 6615JB2005C.
