John for Model Number LFX23965SW Hi, My LG 3 door fridge is getting too cold in the fridge section and is freezing even at the highest temp setting, I have also tried defrosting the fridge but still having the same issue. What could be the cause and do you sell the parts to repair this issue? Thanks John
Answer Hello John, the cold air supply from the freezer to the fresh food section is controlled by a damper assembly that is part of the rear-mounted air duct assembly, it is probably stuck in open position, it is part 5209JJ1002A.
