Mark G. for Model Number lrfc22750tt Trying to repair damage after the light switch failed and the lights stayed on, melting various things. The referenced part (harness) schematic reflects the original part which has a single connector. This differs from the actual part recieved as shown. The new part has a green lead, plus a round thing with what appear to be mounting ears. Are these changes LG's fix to the bulb/heat problem? Do you know of any diagrams or instructions about how to install? Thanks. Mark
Answer Hi Mark. The green wire connects to the metal light mount bracket. There is a corner tab that will have a place where you can connect the green wire. The "round" thing is a thermostat . It is mounted with the "ears" so it will be placed against the cabinet so it can monitor exact cabinet temperatures. There will be opning slots where the sensor mount tab's slide and lock into to be secure. Hope this helps. Thank you. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 15, 2011
