John F for Model Number LG WM2016CW Hello, I own an LG washing machine# WM2016CW. It is located on a remote Caribbean island in Turks & Caicos. It has failed in less than a year of use, showing error code "LE" for overload. My property manager is a mechanic & is the closest I can come to an LG service technician....he said their online helpline was useless. We have already replaced the rotor assembly #4413ER1002F, did not fix it....still showing error "LE" even after he did the reset. He is suggesting one more part to try & fix...the stator assembly #4417EA1002F . The shipping costs & taxes to get parts to Turks are astronomical. Are we close or should I just buy a new washing machine? I can't keep guessing on parts that may or may not work? Thank you so much for any guidance! John
Answer Hello John. Yes, based on the LE code, the stator assembly 4417EA1002F, with the RPS sensor needs to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, July 30, 2013
