Anthony J for Model Number WT5101HV I am 95%compleat from this repair problem is i cannot open the white rectangular box in order to plug in the jack i took the front 3 screws off but i cannot get the lid off .I did not want to put to much force on it and break it. Is there some kind of trick to get it open? Help!
Answer Anthony, If you are referring to opening the casing on the switch assembly. The wire should already be attached and would run back to the control board.
