Chris, You will want to test the filter where the cord plugs into. Test both sides, the one where the power cord plugs for 120 vac. Then test the other side for 120 vac. If there is 120 vac where the cord plugs but not on the other side then will be a issue with the filter assembly. If this checks ok for power in and out then the issue will be the main board.
