Dan for Model Number Wm0642hw My door does lock and the light lights. However my problem is the washer does not pu,p the water. I changed the pump motor and checked all the lines for blockage. It fills up fine, agitates fine but then sits there with water till it finally gives one error. I was wondering if the door lock switch has any contacts that are in series with water pump? I am frustrated. I believe it is something simple.
Answer Dan, You will want to test for power getting to the drain pump. If the drain pump is getting power to it then you will want to check for clogs in the drain system and then if the system is clear then this will be a faulty drain pump. Read More...
