Rick S. for Model Number WM2487HRMA Could you tell me where I should look for any clogs? The code I am getting is IE and I cleaned the screens from the water source and they were pretty dirty but it didn't seem to help. The tub fills slowly and doesn't complete cycles and goes to code IE every time. I have been watching videos and still not sure where to look for any clogs. The only reason I am thinking it is clogged is the amount of dog hair we have due to so many canines. Thanks
Answer Hello Rick, I would first turn the water off and disconnect the water line from the back of the appliance. Put the hose into a bucket and turn the water on to ensure there is not a failed water shut off at the home plumbing. You can then check the screens in the water inlet valve. If there is you can remove the screens and install a set of screens 285452A, with the point of the screen cones pointing toward water pressure.
