Darin for Model Number WM3370HWA Getting dE door lock error code. Replaced door lock and didn't fix it. Replaced control board and didn't fix it. What else could be causing dE error code?
Answer Darin, the door latch hook will need to be inspected to ensure that the tension spring is allowing the latch hook to actuate. If the door latch hook does not actuate, it will cause the door lock to not engage and the door assembly ADC74154906 would need to be replaced. If the door latch hook does actuate, then you will want to inspect the wiring from the door lock EBF61315802 to the main control EBR78534503 for any loose connections or broken wires. Read More...
