Rollin Goans for Model Number 97641073311 this unit has the de1 code error,i changed the door lock with new one no change, i cant get it to go into diagnostic mode either,took a volt meter and checked the door lock with power on and all 4 terminals on door lock switch showed 120 volts to switch,checked the wiring nothing wrong,the only thing i can think is it could be is the control board but it also looks good,how can the 4 terminals on the door lock show 120 volts ?
Answer Rollins, If there is 120 vac to the door lock and you are getting this error code with a new lock, this would most likely be a board that is not reading the door lock switch being closed and the board would need to be replaced.
