George for Model Number LRSC26922TT Hi. Ice is being made but won't dispense. I can see Cup flapper as well as Ice Bin flapper are opening but Auger isn't turning. (checked for blockages and it spins freely by hand). There is the normal humming noise when Cube is selected, but when Crushed is selected it is strangely silent, though the cup flapper does open. Water dispensing is fine. From what I've read it could be the ice microswitch (As there might be a separate water microswitch). Or I guess the auger motor but the symptoms regarding crushed don't seem to point to that. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Answer Hello George, you will need a multimeter and check for 120vac to the auger motor when ice dispense is selected, if it is getting 120vac then replace the auger motor, if no 120vac when selected the problem will be in the main control board.
