On the LG LRSOS2706S, the E IF / EIF error code means the control is detecting a problem with the ice-maker compartment fan. Specifically, the board is not receiving the expected fan-motor feedback signal.

Quick diagnosis

The ice fan moves freezer air through the ducting to keep the in-door ice compartment cold. With EIF, I would check these in order:

Check for frost/ice around the ice fan and air duct. Ice buildup can physically stop the fan. This is a very common cause of an IF error.
Power-reset the refrigerator. Unplug it or turn the breaker off for about 5 minutes, then restore power. If EIF returns, you have an actual fan/feedback problem rather than a temporary control glitch. LG recommends this reset as the initial check for fan-related errors.
Listen for the ice fan. Hold the freezer door switch closed and give the refrigerator a little time to call for the fan. Listen near the freezer/ice-air duct area. No operation, buzzing, or repeated starting/stopping points toward a frozen or failing fan.
Inspect the fan connector and harness. Look for a loose connector, backed-out terminal, moisture/corrosion, or damaged wiring.
If the fan turns freely but won't operate, the next step is electrical testing at the ice-fan connector. Because this is a BLDC fan, don't diagnose it like a simple two-wire AC motor. The main PCB supplies the motor and monitors its feedback signal; loss of feedback for roughly 65 seconds is what generates the IF fault.
Important clue

If the door ice maker has stopped making ice but the Craft Ice maker still works, EIF fits very well. The problem isn't necessarily the ice maker itself—the ice compartment may simply not be receiving the cold airflow it needs.

Thank you for your question. The wiring in the door is not replaceable and the only way to get it would be to replace the left side door which will be part number ADD73358215.

Based on the model, the manufacturer's part list does not show a dispenser switch separately (it may come with the module).
If this is like the switch you have, you would need to make sure that it is an NO switch, and this may work (no guarantee since it is not on the OEM list).

You will want to test the switch and if it has continuity without the button being pushed in then this will be a faulty switch. If it does not then this will be a faulty dispenser board.

Check the temperature at the ice maker if it is below 8°f then you will need to replace the ice maker. The ice maker cycles based on the temperature thermistor built into the ice maker.

Hello George, you will need a multimeter and check for 120vac to the auger motor when ice dispense is selected, if it is getting 120vac then replace the auger motor, if no 120vac when selected the problem will be in the main control board.

Stacy, the dispenser switch would need to be tested for continuity to identify if it has failed. The switch would be accessed by using a putty knife to disengage locking tabs found on each side of the dispenser cover. The putty knife will slide in behind the cover and press in towards the center while lifting up.
