Answer Colleen, No the dispenser would ont be the place to start for an "NF" No Fill error code. The first palce to start is the cold water fill hose and valve. Check the hose and valve screens for sediment and debris. Then consider the cold water fill valve DC62-00142G. A solenoid could be weak aand failing during the cycle, and disconnect the power, remove the top, disconnect the air tube from the water level switch and blow in the hose, to clear any debris that may have accumulated there.
