Steve for Model Number NE595R0ABSR Turn on oven and temperature on display quickly increases and beeps like it is done pre-heating before the oven actually heats up. Oven temp eventually heats up but it takes at least 30 min just to reach 400. Convection fan doesn't blow either. Checked and replaced temperature probe but that didn't fix it. Does the control board need replaced?
