Carey for Model Number Samsung NE595R0ABSR/AA The 5 on the keypad stopped working. I unplugged the ribbon cable and cleaned the contacts but that did not work. About 4 months ago I ordered a new keypad from APP but initially that did not fix the problem, but then it mysteriously started to work several hours later. Now it does not work again, and I just discovered the Clock button also does not work (daylight savings today). Could this be an issue with the main PCB?

You may want to check the ribbon cable for any signs of a break or burnt ribbon wire, but from the information provided it does point to the main control as being an issue. Read More...
