Rick O. for Model Number WF350ANR/XAA When I installed the new gasket DC69-00804A and tighten the bolts down all the way the inner tub won't turn or spin. The two halves are then prohibiting the inner tub from spinning. I need to loosen the bolts somewhat in order for the inner tub to spin but I do that I'm concerned water will then leak when all put back together. Thank you
Answer Hello Rick, This sounds like an issue with the unit reassembly. I would check the main bearing assembly and for the possibility of an item between the tubs. I'm sorry but this will involve a complete teardown of the unit to locate the cause since it sounds like the spin basket is sitting too close to the front of the inner tub assembly, possibly caused by a spider, (spinner support) DC97-15478A, issue.
