Carlos for Model Number WF448AAP/XAA The old tub seal I replaced was more flat and looked like square shaped (cross section wise) vs. the new one I received that is round. Seal was put in correctly and sat nicely in the groove all the way around, but when tightening the bolts the tub does not compress the seal completely for a tight seal and it is leaking water. You can see how in between bolts the two parts of the tub are touching together completely. Do you have any suggestions or advice on what I should do? I appreciate your help. Thank you.
Answer Carlos, You will want to double check the seating of the seal as it should still seal even though it is rounded. It sounds like it may be pinched or not seated fully causing this issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, July 30, 2018
