Steve for Model Number Samsung wf328aar/000 I have a water leak on my Samsung wf328aar washer. The water collects under the tub. I replaced the outer tub seal and still have the leak. The new tub seal went in as expected, so I'm thinking the leak must be from another source. I checked the fittings on the dispenser drawer and all seemed dry. The drain pump and attached hoses are dry as well. I removed the top cover and checked the top of the outer tub during a cycle. All dry on top of outer tub also, but water is somehow getting on the bottom side of the outer tub. Could it somehow be the door boot seal has a leak and the water is being deflected back onto the lower side of the outer tub? I am at a loss here. Thank you.
Answer Steve, This could be from several sources and you will need to look under the machine to determine which component is actually leaking. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, December 5, 2022
