Steven, Screws MUST be removed from middle hinge (hidden with white, round, circular caps over screw heads in hinge (appears to be plastic studs but they're not). You must also remove white rectangular caps under top and bottom hinges (leave the middle hinge cap in place, no need to remove) and spring on lower hinge. When all caps and screws are removed "flap" assembly will slide up and out of hinges giving access to square upper hinge retaining block on door. Slide upper hinge down onto square block on door and reassemble "flap" assembly.
