Samsung Refrig side by side, You will want to do a voltage test at the main control board to make sure that there is power leaving the control board to the fan. You will want to check on the CN75 connector to do test. You will go to whichever fan pin that is not working to the ground which is pin 10 and check for 7 to 11 vdc. If no power then replace the control board and if there is power then replace the fan motor.
