Joyce for Model Number Dacor - Epicure When I purchased this oven in 1999, the oven heating element was located below metal floor of oven. When it needed replacing installer put in unit that now sits above floor of oven. Is there any way to change this? Also, heating element touched wall of oven and tripped circuit. When I corrected placement now I notice coil stays hot and does not cycle down when correct oven temp is reached. Is there a reset? Could coil be damaged? HELP!
