Tom Patella for Model Number RS277ACPN My freezer works fine but my refrigerator was making a noise and then a few days later it wasn't cooling. Called Samsung and they ran diagnosis and said everything was fine. Someone suggested that I turn off the refrigerator for couple days, I did and that resolved my problem. Now a month later, I am hearing that same loud noise again and am afraid my refrigerator won't cool again. I did notice some water on the very bottom ( inside of the refrigerator ). I had noticed the same last month as well. Is it the evaporator fan that I need or the temp sensor or the board or drain pipe or something else ? Thank you
Answer Tom, For the issue of the water under the crispers you will need to get a drain heater DA61-14306A and for the issue of the noise it sounds like there is moisture building around the fan and causing ice to build up and this would need to be cleared from around the fan. A drain that is clogged could potentially cause this type of issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, November 13, 2018
