Ed for Model Number ADE3SRGS175TW01 The dryer spins and gets hot when you set it on max heat but not on timed heat, I'm suspecting a bad timer based on the comments on the website, but it says that the timer is no longer available, is there a replacement timer still available and do you still stock it?
Answer Ed, the timer used with the model provided is going to be dependent on the serial number. If your dryer serial number is 1912999999 or lower, the timer D519156 would be used. If the serial number is 2001000001 or higher, the timer D517559P would be used. Unfortunately, the timer D517559P has been discontinued by the manufacturer and there is not a compatible substitute timer listed. Read More...
