Ko for Model Number #fav6800aww Have Maytag Neptune model #fav6800aww,it was stuck on bulky items setting only. I washed a load of clothes and it got down to about 6 minutes left in the cycle, but when I returned about 20 minutes later, it said it had 39 minutes left to go. None of the other buttons wouldn't work at all. I messed with the control panel and now I can get bulky, delicates, whites and super wash to work. The only other buttons that work are presoak and extra rise. If you push soil level button it turns off totally.

It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance.
