Answer

Jim, You don't have to do anything, your control is operating within factory specifications. There is a 25 dgr. variance built into the control, so any temperature within 25 dgrs. of the set temperature is "in range". but, if you wish, you can recalibrate the control to within 5 dgrs. if you wish. " Temperature Adjustment If Oven Has Touch Control Pads n Press and hold BAKE pad for five (5) seconds. Current offset, if any, is shown in 3-digit display. Pressing the UP pad adjusts the temperature in 10°F increments in the following sequence: 0°; 10°; 20°; 30°; -30°; -20°; -10°; 0°; and so on. Once you reach the desired temperature offset, there is a five-second pause before the LED display prompt START? begins flashing. Press the START/ENTER pad to activate the new temperature adjustment. If the START/ENTER pad is not pressed within 1 minute after the START? prompt appears, the adjustment is ignored and display reverts to idle. BAKE temperature adjustment cannot result in operating temperatures higher than 525° F, or lower than 170° F, as measured at oven cavity center. Once the BAKE temperature has been adjusted, BROIL temperatures are automatically offset to the same degree. CLEAN temperature is also offset automatically when BAKE temperature is adjusted. If BAKE temperature has been raised, CLEAN temperature is offset +5° F. If BAKE temperature has been lowered, CLEAN temperature is offset -5° F. If power is interrupted, any previous temperature adjustment will revert to the default setting of 00." Thanks and Good Luck
