Mike for Model Number kenmore 11020022011 top load washer Cycle won't start. clicking / buzz noises coming from shift actuator. If I turn basket by hand then quickly close lid and press start machine will go thru lock test / balance test then fill . Some times completes cycle. sometimes stops at rinse spin...HELP!
