Jerry, The actuator is the same in a sense but is a little more elaborate than the wigwag switch due to sensors that are in the actuator. If the unit is not draining this is the first avenue you will want to explore. With the unit not draining then it will not go into the spin cycle. Normally there will be a series of flashing lights which would be an error code in which you will want to access the tech sheet and the error codes are located on it. If there are no errors displayed then you will want to put into a service diagnostic mode and check for error codes.
