Sung for Model Number Whirlpool WTW5640XW I activated the Service Diagnostic Modes and ran both the manual and automatic test modes, and my washer performed without any problems. However, it still does not agitate nor spin during regular washing cycles. Is it possible that a washer passes all the manual and automatic test modes but still does not agitate/spin?
