Julie for Model Number WTW5500XW0 My washer does not agitate but it spins out, Could this be the shift actuator? I can hear the motor and thought everything was working fine, it seemed to be going through all cycles but my clothes were not getting clean. After running a small load and watching it cycle I seen it was defiantly not agitating explaining why my clothes were still dirty. I already checked the belt, looks fine.
