Tara for Model Number WTW4850XQ0 Hello, my washer does and does not spin. Its random if it does. When it doesn't it starts sounding like the drum is starting to spin, then we hear a grinding (gurrrrrrr) noise and when the load is completed all the clothes are still soaked with water. I preformed the error check three times and no errors. The sensor light far left is the only one that blinks or comes on. I propped up the washer checked underneath. the belt is tight and no loose screws/nuts on the belt casing. Any recommendations? I'd hate to replace the sensor actuator for $50 bucks and have it be something else. thanks Tara
Answer Tara, With the tub not spinning you will want to check the drive block and spanner nut. Make sure that the spanner nut is tight and that the drive block is not damaged.
