It will need to be properly leveled with a bubble level, and each of the four feet should support the units' weight equally. Also, the clothes should be put into the unit one garment at a time and laid around the agitator as put in. If these measures do not correct the issue, you may need to look closely at the floor since it can provide some "bounce" if not solid.
