Crystal for Model Number Bravos quiet series 400 I noticed with my last load of laundry about half way through the cycle a loud clicking sound. No error codes and not unbalanced. I paused the wash to move items around and thought it might restart without any issue. It continued with the clicking as if it was trying to complete the wash and spin/drain. The timer went down four minutes and it never moved. I noticed a burning smell and turned off the machine. The sound still continued until I was able to unplug it. I have had nothing but problems with this washer. Very disappointed with the poor quality and constant repair and/or "glitches" with this machine. I had a neighbor mention it might need a new belt but then I ran across this site. Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks in advance:)
Answer Hello Crystal. It could be a bad board, bearings, or belt if your model has one. You will need to locate where the smell was coming from. We will need your model number to help you more with this. Please call 1-877-477-7278 or post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx Read More...
