Janet for Model Number Whirlpool Cabrio washer Any setting I put my machine on,whether it be normal load, or bulk load, I push start and the sensing and lid lock light come on and the lid locks and then I hear a bunch of clicking inside. It just sits there and does nothing, just clicks. I don't know if I need a new shift actuator or what to move things along with my washer? Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
Answer Janet, It would be best to access the tech sheet inside the control panel of the unit and put the unit into diagnostics per the tech sheet and see if there are any stored error codes.
