Dan T for Model Number Kenmore 110.20022011. Top load washer My kenmore washer when I press the start button the lid locks and I hear a clicking sound after about 5 minutes it will start to fill with water. If then runs ok expect it takes several minutes between cycles. Then does not spin dry. I have separately run a rinse and spin. Could this be a bad shift actuator? I hope it is not a main board
Answer Dan, It is possible that the shift actuator would be the issue with the unit. You will want to access the tech sheet and put the unit into the diagnostics and see if there are any error codes.
