Tom for Model Number 11025102311 My kenmore washer won't start. Blinking lid lock light. Got codes F7 E5. Did auto test. got it to agitate and spin very slowly if at all. pumped water out. There was a funny sound like a part was broken. tub moves free and belt feels tight. Is this the shift actuator?
