Liz for Model Number 11020022012 At first my washer was stopping on the rinse cycle. Now it comes on for a few seconds and stops after the lid lock makes a locking noise but it’s not actually locking. I replaced the lid lock assembly but it didn’t change anything. I don’t know if I should try the shift actuator next or pay an expensive repair man. I tried to run the codes but I don’t really understand how to read them.
Answer Liz, It would be recommended to get the tech sheet from inside the front left corner of the unit and put this through a diagnostic to see what error code pops up.
