Jim for Model Number mvwc360awo What is the symptom for a bad shift actuator? I pulled mine off and the plastic arm doesn't move- is it supposed to? The wash machine just makes a running noise and what sounds like stripped gears but the basket isn't doing anything. The belt and gear hub are all fine. Thanks Jim.
